Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. Our goal is to be as flexible as possible while also protecting our team and equipment availability. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Standard Cancellations
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the rental date: Eligible for a full refund or reschedule at no charge.
- Cancellations made 3–6 days before the rental date: Eligible for a 50% refund or one-time reschedule (subject to availability).
- Cancellations within 48 hours of rental: No refund. Reschedules may be allowed on a case-by-case basis with a rebooking fee.
Weather-Related Cancellations
- Safety comes first. If unsafe weather conditions (lightning, high winds, heavy snowstorms, etc.) force a cancellation, we will offer a full refund or allow you to reschedule at no cost.
- Weather forecasts that are unfavorable but not dangerous (e.g., light rain or overcast skies) do not qualify for a refund.
No-Shows
- If you do not arrive at your scheduled rental time and have not contacted us, it will be considered a no-show and no refund or reschedule will be issued.
Early Returns
- Early returns due to personal choice or time constraints are not eligible for a partial refund.
Damage or Misuse
- If a rental is returned early due to damage caused by misuse or failure to follow safety instructions, no refund will be issued.
